PF MSCA (European Fellowhips) - TOMORROW project

Comenius University Bratislava is the oldest and the biggest university in Slovakia, but also the best one from the country based on the different international rankings. Assoc. Prof. Olivier Monfort, PhD. is the group leader of the M² group located at the department of Inorganic Chemistry, FNS CU Bratislava. The group is composed of two laboratories: materials innovation and advances (MIA lab) and mechanisms and reactivities in remediation processes (MR2P lab). The M² group is focused on the preparation/characterization of nanomaterials based on transition metal oxides along with their fundamental studies for environmental applications, especially wastewaters treatment. These fundamental studies involve the elucidation of (i) the activation mechanism of radical precrusors, (ii) the degradation mechanism of organic/inorganic pollutants, and (iii) of the correlation between properties and effiencies of nanomaterials. Dr Monfort is looking for an ambitious and young postdoc (female or male) which has already a strong expertise in one of the above-mentionned fields to work on the TOMORROW project (Toward more efficient treatments of wastewaters). She/He should know to work independently but also she/he should be able to produce scientific articles in high-impacted journals.

The PF MSCA application will be then completed with the selected final candidate and the submission will be proceed by Dr. Monfort by September 11th.
