Eligibility
The Programme Strategic Scientific Alliances aims to establish a new form of structural long-term scientific cooperation. These “strategic scientific Alliances” are of mutual benefit to the Netherlands and China. Projects are limited to a number of priority research fields.

Travel expenses and cost of living involved in the exchange of scholars: Cost of consumables essential to the research, cost of fieldwork, Bilateral workshops, symposia and conferences, appointment of post-docs, appointment of PhD students (only in the programme and strategic alliances phases).
