Outline
Applications are invited for a 3-year PhD studentship in psychophysics at the School of Optometry and Vision Sciences, in partnership with our collaborators in the Department of Experimental Psychology, UCL.
In this PhD, you will use a range of psychophysical methods to investigate the effects of crowding on perception of visual scenes. You will also relate these to measures of quality-of-life in the same individuals.

You must have at least a BSc 2.1 Hons degree (or equivalent) in Optometry, and be a Member/Fellow of the College of Optometrists (MCOptom/FCOptom) by the start date and for the duration of the PhD.
