Full time Technologist (1 staff unit) - PNRR - CNR-Nanotec Lecce - Development of advanced inorganic materials

We select technologist profiles for activities on Development of advanced inorganic materials.

Positions

The positions (1 staff unit) will be activated within the framework of a full-time employment contract (level III, fixed-term) within the PNRR project "Nano Foundries and Fine Analysis – Digital Infrastructure (NFFA-DI)”, codice IR0000015, CUP B53C22004310006, in compliance with conditions and salary of the public research sector, full working flexibility (fully flexible working hours, working from home) and benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, professional development support, tax and family benefits). The contract will have a duration of 24 months, with possible extensions.

 Requirements

Successful candidates applying to these specific positions must demonstrate At least three years of experiencein the development of advanced inorganic materials using physical and chemical vapor deposition techniques (atomic layer deposition, ALD), lithography techniques (optical and electronic) and chemical synthesis. Study of the optical, structural and morphological properties of inorganic materials or possession of the title of Research Doctor or a PhD relevant to the field of experience requested.

 Activities

Selected researchers will work within the strongly interdisciplinary environment of the CNR-NANOTEC Institute of Lecce
