Offer Description

The purpose of the competition is to fill one position of Lecturer at the Institute of Linguistics (in the area of English linguistics). The competition is open to applicants who meet the requirements specified in Article 113 of the20 July 2018 Act on higher education and science (The 2022 Journal of Laws, item 574) andthe criteria indicated in the competition. The competition is the first stage of the recruitment process for the post of an academic teacher, and its positive outcome is the basis for further procedure.

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

We expect:

MA in English studies,

very good command of English and Polish,

teaching experience as a English language instructor,

availability, readiness to teach from Monday to Friday every week and every second weekend (weekend courses)

consent to full time, primary employment

availability.

a CV,

5. duplicates of the diplomas confirming academic or professional titles and degrees; if the language of the documents is other than Polish, also certified translations of the documentsinto Polish (by a sworn translator), as well as the certificate of the equivalence of the diploma with the Polish professional title/academic degree,

6. a description of previous teaching experience as well as other achievements related to the organization of scientific activity and popularization of science, 7. a list of publications (optional),

8. a statement that the University of Szczecin will be the place of the applicant's primary employment available at: http://dso.usz.edu.pl/druki/ ,

9. a statement of consent to have the personal data processed for the purpose of recruitment pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) of the general regulation on personal data protection dated 27th April2016 and available at: http://dso.usz.edu.pl/druki/ .
