Offer Description

Context And Mission

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Junior Talent Acquisition Officer will lead the full recruitment cycle for scientific and IT departments. The chosen professional will acquire more responsibility while progressively having more experience in the position.

She/He/They will directly collaborate with each department's stakeholders to advise them as an active HR member, specialising in recruitment, onboarding and other HR projects.

 

Key Duties

Full cycle of recruitment:

• Strategic planning with the managers of the vacancies (mainly Scientific and IT Departments): Advise team leaders/coordinators in the recruitment strategy, using internal tools and disseminating the Job Offers.

• Organize and make HR Interviews and psycho-technical tests.

• Prepare offer letters, closing the cycle and handing it over to the Personnel Administration team.

• Be an active HR member in recruitment committees.

• Support in the implementation of the OTM-R package in the recruitment processes.

HR Management / People Experience:

• OnBoarding process: managing Welcome Meetings and supporting mobility/relocation inquiries related to the vacancies.

• Follow the administrative process (contract, work permit) in coordination with the Personnel Administration Team.

HR Projects & Development:

• Support in the monthly reporting of recruitment.

• Support the definition of HR policies and procedures.

• Support in other HR projects.

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

Education

University Degree (Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Sciences, Social Sciences).

 

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience

1 - 2 years of experience in a similiar position.

Knowledge in conducting interviews and profile questionnaires

Experience in an international environment.

 

Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience

Master's Degree/Postgraduate studies in Human Resources or similar will be a plus.

Basic knowledge on labour legislation

Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English. Other languages will be a plus.

Strong skills in Microsoft office, specially advanced in Excel.
