Necessary requirements:

1. University education diploma (preferred field of study – chemical technology; chemical engineering).
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams of over 50 people.
3. Experience in conducting research and development works.
4. Highly developed managerial skills.
5. Developed communication and teamwork skills, ease of establishing and maintaining business relationships.
6. Ability to think analytically and strategically.
7. Highly developed negotiation and persuasion skills and assertiveness.
8. Strong motivation to work and commitment.
9. Ability to work under time pressure.
10. Very good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad, Ms Visio, ChemCad.
11. Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level.
12. Driving license, category B
