Candidates who meet the conditions set out in article 17 of the ECDESP may oppose this contest: holders of a doctoral degree or a Specialist Title, in the area or area similar to the one for which the contest is open

The application must contain the following elements: full name, affiliation, date and place of birth, number and date of the identity card or Citizen Card, postal and electronic address, telephone number, academic degree and respective final classification, professional category and position currently held, identification of the competition for which he is applying and Diário da República that publishes this public notice, and also all the elements that make it possible to judge the aptitudes of the candidates

Determined under the terms of article 35, no. 1, of the ECPDESP and other applicable legislation.

The evaluation method to be used is curricular weighting, through which the aim is to evaluate the Technical-Scientific and Professional Dimension, the Pedagogical Dimension and the exercise of Other Relevant Activities in the area in which the competition is open, with the following maximum scores being awarded :

a) Technical-Scientific Dimension (DTC): maximum 40 points;

b) Pedagogical Dimension (DP): maximum 40 points;

c) Other Relevant Activities (OAR): maximum 20 points.

The final evaluation and classification system is as follows:

a) The Final Classification (CF) of the candidates is expressed on a numerical scale from 0 to 100.

b) The Final Classification of candidates results from the application of the following formula:

CF= DTC + DP + OAR
