Full time researcher (4 staff units) - PNRR - CNR-Nanotec Lecce - 2 Profiles

We select researcher profiles for activities on: Profile A: Development of new hybrid atomic systems; Profile B: Manipulation of photonic quantum states through nonlinear optical systems.

The positions (4 staff unit) will be activated within the framework of a full-time employment contract (level III, fixed-term) within the PNRR project "National Quantum Science and Technology Institute project, NQSTI, CUP B53C22004180005 in compliance with conditions and salary of the public research sector, full working flexibility (fully flexible working hours, working from home) and benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, professional development support, tax and family benefits). The contract will have a duration of 24 months, with possible extensions.

 Requirements

Successful candidates applying to these specific positions must demonstrate:

Profile A: At least three years of experience in the creation and study of atomic materials and/or systems with advanced optical methodologies and/or manufacturing of optoelectronic and photonic devices

Profile B: At least three years of experience in the study of optical and/or solid-state systems operating in the quantum regime and/or fabrication of devices for quantum technologies

 Activities

Selected researchers will work within the strongly interdisciplinary environment of the CNR-NANOTEC Institute of Lecce.
