Research Fellowship (BI) for PhD student - European project on smart and sustainable viticulture

Grant call for the award of 1 Research Fellowship (BI) for a PhD student, under European project SmartVitiNet - Smart and Sustainable Drone-assisted Viticulture Excellence Network (GA no. 101083737)

This research fellowship is to support work on all tasks of the SmartVitiNet project, which aims to develop a competence centre for precise viticulture. Within this project the fellow will:

• Processing and analysing data collected by Drones using Artificial Intelligence algorithms;
• Create the conditions for the collection of sensor data through the use of drones in flight and with access to information from sensors in the soil of vineyards and also in weather stations;
• Integration of IoT and Drone technologies that support information and support the winegrower's decision;
• Preparation of progress reports;
• Other activities, including possible field work.

The research grant has a duration of 3 months, renewable for equal periods until the end of the project.
