Offer Description

The employee will do laboratory and seminar work with students. The subjects covered include crystallization of metals and alloys, composites, iron metallurgy and immersion metallization. The employee will be engaged in research in the field of topics carried out with students.

Skills/Qualifications
  1. completed technical higher education in the discipline of Materials Engineering,
  2. completed or unfinished (more than 50% advanced) PhD in the discipline of Materials Engineering,
  3. Knowledge of English at least at level B-2,
  4. Experience in conducting teaching classes (for example, gained during studies at the Doctoral School) in the field of: crystallisation of metals and their alloys, Fe-C metal alloy composites, iron metallurgy, "in situ" cast composites, alloy modification, knowledge of Al-Si and Al-Cu alloys and superalloys,
  5. Has documented scientific achievements from the Doctoral School in the field of Materials Engineering,
  6. ability to work in research teams, contactability, availability, punctuality,
  7. predisposition for teaching work,
  8. active participation in scientific conferences and symposia,
