Offer Description
Project description: Manifold learning for clinical decision making based on imaging and signal information with applications to cardiovascular diseases.
Tasks to be performed: Development and implementation of machine learning tools based on imaging and signals for cardiovascular assessment of patients.
Group and complement: Group 2 + Level n
Dedication and working hours: Full time (35h/week).
Planned remuneration approx: 34.996,30 € gross per year
Line of research: Translational computing in Cardiology.
Financing fund: Initial project: PRUSA00124 - Propionic Acidemia Research Project - B.Bijnens, “ Detailed cardiac functional and electrical phenotyping in Propionic Acidemia”.

Selection criteria: The selection of the candidates will be made through evaluation of the curriculum and, where appropriate, with the carrying out a test and/or interview. Valuation will be as follows:
- Academic Training (0-20 points).
- Proficient in programming.
- Other professional training and experience, adequacy to the proposed profile (0-60 points):
- Experience in Machine learning for clinical applications.
- Other merits (0-20 points):
- Good knowledge of English.
The minimum score to pass the selection process is 85 points. The candidate with the highest score in the selection process will be offered the job.
