Assistant Professor - Department of Archaeology

• Ph.D. in ecology/geology and/or archaeology
• a university education of at least Master's level in archaeology and ecology/geology (or related natural sciences) at the same time
• specialisation in geoarchaeology and/or historical ecology and/or environmental archaeology established international contacts in the field
• publication activity with emphasis on the WoS database
• experience in the submission and management of research projects (including international cooperation)
• organisational and communication skills
• pedagogical skills (environmental archaeology, geoarchaeology, historical ecology, GIS, statistical methods)
• the prerequisites for a successful habilitation procedure within a time horizon of five years

• the candidate's academic career development plan expecting the candidate to commence the habilitation procedure (procedure for the granting of associate professorship) no later than five years after the expected beginning of employment
