Offer Description
Aplikácia umelej inteligencie na predikciu topografie povrchu komponentov vytvorených technológiou abrazívneho vodného lúča
Application of Artificial Intelligence for Surface Topography Prediction of Components Created by the Abrasive Waterjet Technology
Supervisor: doc. Ing. Marta Harničárová, PhD.
Workplace: Faculty of Engineering
Field of study: Engineering
Study program: Production technologies
Form of Study: external
Hlavné myšlienky (tézy) navrhovanej témy: Cieľom dizertačnej práce je vytvoriť interaktívny model a exaktný spôsob navrhovania režimu delenia materiálu technológiou AWJ (Abrasive Water Jet), a to na základe popisu mechanizmu procesu delenia materiálu. Na základe hydrodynamickej analýzy a fyzikálno-mechanickej interakcie nástroja s materiálom bude vypracovaný originálny spôsob predikcie topografie povrchu generovaného AWJ režimom, a to podľa typu deleného materiálu. Výsledky meraní, ich analýza a interpretácia z rezných plôch budú vztiahnuté ku kľúčovým technologickým parametrom významne ovplyvňujúcim ich kvalitu. V rámci riešenia budú aplikované nástroje softvérovej umelej inteligencie, primárne analýza obrazu a programové nástroje pre symbolické a numerické výpočty, pre analýzu a vizualizáciu dát, modelovanie a simuláciu dejov. |
Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic: The objective of this dissertation work is to develop an interactive model and an exact method for designing material separation modes using AWJ (Abrasive Water Jet) technology, based on the description of the material separation process mechanism. Based on the hydrodynamic analysis and the physical-mechanical interaction of the tool with the material, a novel method will be developed to predict the surface topography generated by the AWJ. The measurements, their analysis, and interpretation from the cutting wall surfaces will be related to key technological parameters that significantly influence their quality. The solution will involve the application of software artificial intelligence tools, primarily image analysis and numerical and symbolic calculation tools for data analysis and visualization, modelling and simulation. |
