Offer Description
The project aim to develop multiscale computational models to simulate metal and/or polymeric nanoparticles (NPs) functionalized with nuclec acid and/or peptidic sequences by means of an in silico pipeline workflow, starting from sequences previously reported to target different virus (e.g. West Nile Virus) immunogenic epitopes. The WNV epitopes-NP complexes will be addressed within a multiscale approach including all atoms molecular dynamics, ab initio dynamics and the developments of coarse grained models, extending the size of the simulated system.
Requirements
