THE BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF MÁLAGA NEEDS TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: BACHELOR IN MEDICINE .

Principal Investigator: Francisco José Tinahones Madueño

Place of Conduct: IBIMA Group A-02: CELLULAR AND MOLECULAR ENDOCRINOLOGY, Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital.

Research Line: Endocrine-metabolic complications of obesity: NFALD.

Functions to be developed :

• Tracking and monitoring patient adherence to electronic booklets.
• Attendance at monitoring visits.
• Attendance at rehearsal meetings.
• Preparation and study of protocols for the start of clinical trials.
• Patient care (in person, by telephone and via e-mail).
• Assistance with specific training for clinical trials.
• Attendance at researcher meetings.
• Know the study protocols as well as ensure compliance with them.
• Comply with good clinical practice (GCP) standards.
• Process and administer the various treatments.
• Development of patient follow-up visits, both in person and by telephone.

Minimum requirements:

BACHELOR IN MEDICINE

Valuable Requirements :

Experience of at least 1 year working in research departments and/or clinical trials (1 point per year, maximum 2 points).

Have or be taking a master's degree and/or university specialization course in topics related to the specialty of Endocrinology and Nutrition (1 point per master's degree or course, maximum 2 points).

Minimum English level B2 (1 point).

Participation in research projects or scientific publications (0.25 points per project or article with a maximum of 1 point).

Advanced knowledge of statistical programs (SPSS, Excel...) and health management programs (Diraya) (1 point).

The aforementioned requirements must be accredited by means of a certificate from a competent body or a responsible declaration.

• Time: part-time (66%)
• Gross annual remuneration: €29,917.80 + 15% incentive
• Expected duration: The contract is linked to the duration of the project/activity/financing.

Selection process :

• Based on the points obtained in the merit assessment, at least the three best candidates will be selected to carry out a personal interview in which communication skills, aptitude for work and skills will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only those candidates who obtain at least 50% of the evaluable merit points will be eligible for the interview phase.
• After the resolution of the position and in the event that the selected candidate resigns from the contract, the hiring table may decide to resolve in favor of the next candidate according to the list of scores.
