Dean of Department of Instrumental and Pedagogical, Music Education and Vocal Studies UMFC Branch in Bialystok of the UMFC announces an Open Competition for the position of professor, from whom the UMFC will be first place of employment; Specialty: solo singing; Major: vocal studies.

Candidates entering the competition shall be obliged to:
1. Meet the requirements specified in Article 113 and 114, 115 of the Act of 20.07.2018 "Law on Higher Education and Science " (Journal of Laws of 2023. item 742)
2. Title of professor in Music Arts
3. Have achievements and attainments in artistic activity
4. Have teaching experience in a higher education - solo singing
Required documents:
1. Application for participation in the Competition addressed to the Rector of UMFC
2. Certified copy of professor's diploma in Music Arts
4. Documents certifying artistic and didactic achievements and workink experience at the academic level
5. Personal questionnaire (in compliance with the UMFC's specimen)
6. Curriculum vitae
7. Declaration of permission to have one's personal data (included in the submitted documents in connection with the participation in the Competition) processed in compliance with the UMFC's specimen)
8. Certificate of clear criminal record of intentional or fiscal offence (in compliance with the UMFC's specimen)
9. Statement of undertaking work at UMFC as a primary place of employment

Additional Information
- knowledge of the Statute, Work Regulations and Study Regulations of the UMFC to the extent that allows proper functioning within the structures of the University
- educating and educating students and other participants in the studies conducted by the University and the Department,
- participating in the organizational work of the University and the Department,
- participating in the artistic activities of the University and the Department,
- exercising substantive and methodical supervision over the credit, semester and diploma works of students,
- Active participation in the meetings and work of the relevant Department,
- Participating in the committees of semester, diploma and entrance examinations in accordance with the rules set by the Dean,
- Participating in qualifying auditions for artistic endeavors carried out at the Department,
- Participating in committees that decide competitions for certain positions in accordance with the needs of the department,
- undertaking activities for one's own artistic and scientific development,
- Popularizing knowledge and teaching skills (publications, scientific conferences).
The results of the Competition shall be known by 15.05.2024
Positive results of the Competition shall not guarantee employment at the position of professor
