He/she will contribute to molecular interaction studies, structural studies and functional studies in liaison with collaborators.

- Monitor scientific and technical development in the field of activity.
- Plan, design and analyse experiments, and monitor the project (written reports, PowerPoint presentations, data management, etc.).
- Prepare and carry out Nanobody generation studies.
- Prepare and carry out interaction studies using ELISA, BLI and MST.
- Be responsible for analysing and interpreting biophysical results.
- Share knowledge and scientific results with the team leader and project participants.
- Be responsible for the quality and reliability of scientific results.
- Contribute to the life of the laboratory (maintenance of equipment, ordering consumables, organisation of the laboratory, etc.).

The Host-Pathogen Interaction (HPI) team at the LISM laboratory in Marseille is looking for a highly motivated and inquisitive individual who is keen to explore and apply technologies dedicated to the generation of monoclonal antibodies (Nanobody) and the characterisation of biomolecular interactions. The candidate will report to the HPI team leader and will be expected to carry out biophysical interaction projects using state-of-the-art instrumentation, in particular BLI and MST technologies, and to participate in structural studies of antibody (Nanobody)/antigen complexes using X-ray crystallography and electron microscopy.
