Offer Description
- cooperation in the implementation of domestic and international research projects, programs and tasks,
- making statistical, chronological and bibliographic reviews and aids for own and wider use,
- writing contributions in the field of research and professional work for publication, reports on publications and consultations for publication,
- participation in scientific-research and professional consultations and meetings,
- cooperation in the work of professional bodies and in joint projects and tasks,
- performing other duties as directed by superiors.
Work on projects of the Slovenian Suicide Research Center (https://zivziv.si/projekti/), UP IAM in connection with work at the Department of Psychology UP FAMNIT.
The work includes the coordination of various work sets of projects, education, implementation of activities in the field, preparation of statistical, chronological and bibliographic reviews, writing of contributions, professional works and reports in the field of research work for publication, participation in scientific-research and professional consultations and meetings, participation in organizing conferences and congresses, participating in the work of professional bodies and performing other tasks as instructed by superiors.
Work on projects including:
- Živ? Živ! – Research and prevention of suicide
- A (se) štekaš?!? An integrated approach to mental health promotion and primary prevention of suicidal behavior for adolescents
- Man in the Grip of Covid-19: Psychological Consequences of the Epidemic and Preventive Protective Measures to Curb the Spread of Infections
- Social media and suicidal behavior: A study of the influence of suicide news stories on commentators and readers
- Lonely? A mixed methods study in general and vulnerable populations to understand the association between loneliness and mental health
Requirements

Conditions for permorning work:
- specialization after higher education (previous) or higher university education (previous) or - master's degree in the field of (Bio)Psychology (with an average grade of at least very good (8), so that when calculating the average, the grades of all completed exams, exercises and other of estimated study obligations),
- active knowledge of a world language,
- election to the relevant scientific title (assistant) or fulfillment of the conditions for election to the title at the University of Primorska.
