Offer Description
The planned teaching activities will be in the field of biomechanics and biological engineering with focus on experimental and numerical enabling technologies in the fields of subcellular, cellular and tissue characterization, tissue engineering and microphysiological systems, both at basic and advanced levels. Teaching may range from theoretical lectures to laboratory and project-based teaching activities.Research activities will involve the development of methodologies, instrumentation and technologies for the analysis of cells and tissues, aimed at fundamental research, precision medicine applications and drug research. The scientific activity should proceed through interdisciplinary collaboration with biomedical and clinical research centers.
