Offer Description

The research fellow is expected to conduct research on the level of constitutional protection of the ecosystems and the implementation of the ecosystem approach in Italy, Germany and Spain. The results will converge in at least 2 academic essays. In addition, the research fellow is expected to: hold a cycle of 5 workshops on the ecological analysis of law at the University of Trieste; draft a law on the rights of nature (in Italian and also in English); write a project in response to a European call for proposals on the topics of the research; produce podcasts; organise conferences and workshops at the University of Trieste; carry out dissemination activities for school students or cultural associations.
