Offer Description
Develop interdisciplinary experimental approaches to study the bioproduction of extracellular vesicles in cancer, using a newly patented device.
This research is focused on the proteome signature extracellular vesicles from cancer may have. Thanks to a new device, it is possible to produce sufficient amounts of vesicles from low number of cancer cells, that would match the ones ultimately collected from biopsies of patients, and organized in a tumor-like biomimetic environment,. The goal is thus to identify some cancerous extracellular vesicles signatures starting from cell lines, then PDX cells, and then patient cells.
In this project, you will develop approaches of bioproduction with an hydrodynamic trigger.
We offer a highly interdisciplinary and international work environment at Physico-Chimie Curie, hosting experimental and theoretical physicist, biologists and biochemists at the heart of academically rich neighborhood of Quartier Latin in Paris.
