Offer Description
The research activity will concern technological and quality aspects of foods which concern supply chain processes from the procurement of raw materials to the marketing of products, including the development of innovative processes and products. In particular, skills will be required on the functionality and structure of foods and the development of functional foods and technologies for the environmental and nutritional sustainability of processes and products.
