Offer Description
The research topics will be related to the implementation of the project: Multispectral fluorescence supported by machine learning for the analysis of cell cocultures. The scientific goal of the project is to check the possibility of using multispectral fluorescence (2D fluorescence, EEM fluorescence) - native or supported by nanomaterials - to recognize the quantitative ratio of individual cell types in cell cocultures.
This work will include:
- study of the influence of cell density on EEM spectra for various cell types
- development and optimization of the fabrication procedure of cell cocultures, development and optimization of the procedure for acquiring EEM spectra for cell cocultures
- creation of a library of EEM spectra for cell cocultures characterized using traditional methods
- data mining using basic machine learning methods and/or advanced numerical processing methods, analysis of correlations between EEM spectra and coculture parameters.
The candidate should have valuable publications (scientific publications, patent applications/patents) as well as experience in conducting research projects.
