• a domestic or equivalent foreign university degree appropriate to the position or an equivalent artistic aptitude
• outstanding artistic and film industry qualifications for the department to be filled
• pedagogical and didactic experience in the field of training or further education

• Knowledge & experience on a national and international level in the field of feature-films, documentary and series production.
• Knowledge & experience on a national and international level in film financing
• Knowledge & experience at national and international level of film utilization
• Film production knowledge of development for cinema and TV formats
• Basic knowledge of employment law and business administration in film production in German-speaking countries
• Leadership qualities in the organizational field 
• Interdisciplinarity and willingness to cooperate
• Gender, inclusion and diversity skills
• Competencies in inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration

The required pedagogical and didactic aptitude will be assessed by means of a teaching sample.
