Offer Description
Representation of the Department of Production in the development of the arts, teaching and examination activities and the supervision of students (especially Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in Production). In addition, the implementation of or cooperation in interdisciplinary (research) projects in the film and media sector. The willingness to participate in organizational, administrative and evaluation tasks as well as in commissions and committees of the university is required.
Salary: According to the Austrian collective agreement, the monthly gross pay is a minimum of € 6.362,50 (14 times/year). A possible higher salary, depending on qualification and previous experience, is subject to negotiation.

- outstanding artistic and film industry qualifications for the department to be filled
- pedagogical and didactic experience in the field of training or further education
- Knowledge & experience on a national and international level in the field of feature-films, documentary and series production.
- Knowledge & experience on a national and international level in film financing
- Knowledge & experience at national and international level of film utilization
- Film production knowledge of development for cinema and TV formats
- Basic knowledge of employment law and business administration in film production in German-speaking countries
- Leadership qualities in the organizational field
- Interdisciplinarity and willingness to cooperate

- Competencies in inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration
The required pedagogical and didactic aptitude will be assessed by means of a teaching sample.
