Offer Description
The Dynamics, Nanoscopy & Chemometrics team at the University of Lille's LASIRE (http://lasir.cnrs.fr/dynachem/) is looking for a researcher for an international collaborative project aimed at developing new tools and methodologies in 3D fluorescence imaging to investigate biomedical issues.
The research fellow will develop chemometric approaches for the active and intelligent acquisition of fluorescence imaging data, and should be able to implement all steps from design to application: methodology, algorithm and implementation. In line with these objectives, the research fellow will contribute to the team's work in the field of inverse problem in spectroscopic imaging, deconvolution and unmixing.
This project will be carried out within the DyNaChem team at LASIRE Université de Lille (http://lasir.cnrs.fr/dynachem/) and will be supervised by Cyril Ruckebusch and Peter Dedecker (KU Leuven) ain the frame of the Deepsee international chair. The position is covered by the Protection of Scientific and Technical Potential (PPST), and therefore requires, in accordance with regulations, that your arrival be authorized by the competent MESR authority.
