We are looking for a motivated and dedicated employee to support our team.
University Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics in Childhood and Adolescence,
30 hours/week, externally funded
with immediate effect, until 30.06.2025
Your area of responsibility
The research project with the acronym "Post-Covid" aims to record the long-term consequences of the Covid-19 crisis in children from the children's and parents' perspective. In this mixed-methods study, questionnaires are used to quantitatively investigate not only the possible psychological effects of the crisis on children, but also their skills and resilience. In the qualitative part, data on their resilience, well-being and post-traumatic growth will be collected using interviews and/or focus groups with children aged 8-12 years. This is a repeated cross-sectional design with a total of 3 measurement points.
Your tasks include
- Developing your own research question and conducting quantitative surveys (online)
- in Tyrolean kindergartens and schools
- among children who are or will be undergoing psychological or therapeutictreatment due to the corona crisis and the current crisis situation
- with patients of the child and adolescent psychiatry department in Hall Tirol
- Data management, preparation and processing
- Presentation of the results to scientific and non-scientific audiences
- Data analysis and publication of the study results

Independent work with international project partners in a large European project in a currently dynamically developing, socially highly relevant scientific field of work - Completion of a PhD program at the Medical University of Innsbruck (Institute of Psychology) is expected.
For the intended job group B1, GH 1, the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is currently € 37,577.40 gross per year for a 30-hour week and may possibly increase on the basis of the collective agreement regulations through the recognition of jobspecific previous experience and other salary components associated with the special features of the job.
