Laboratory Technician PROJECT: AIMOFGIF - Artificial Intelligence Guided Platform for Experimental Synthesis and Preclinical Assay of Metal-Organic Frameworks Drug Release Systems for Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancer Treatment and Prevention, REF. Proyecto KK

• In vitro cytotoxicity testing of porous metal-organic materials in cell cultures.
• Development of in vitro models for diseases of the digestive tract (colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease).
• Extraction of nucleic acids and proteins from cell cultures.
• Routine maintenance of intestinal cell cultures (HCT116, Caco2, T84).

• FP2 degree in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory.
• Experience in manipulation of cell cultures of intestinal lines

• Contract: Temporary.
• Work day: Full-Time.
• Annual gross remuneration: 19.162 – 21.683 gross euros.
• Workplace: Biobizkaia Health Research Institute.
• Unit: Functional Coeliac Disease Research Group.
• Expected start date: 01/04/2024.
