Tasks:
- Conducting scientific research
- Preparation and submission of grant applications
- Publishing research results in high-ranking journals and monographs
- Enhancing research skills
- Conducting teaching activities
- Organizational activities for the Faculty

- Organizing the teaching process
- Organizing conferences and scientific seminars
Requirements

- PhD or equivalent
- A doctoral degree in psychology (obtained no later than September 30, 2024) and a master's degree in psychology or related fields OR a doctoral degree in related fields of psychology (obtained no later than September 30, 2024) and a master's degree in psychology;
- Teaching experience and scientific achievements in one of the specified areas: statistics, research methodology in psychology, psychological diagnosis, or psychometrics;
- Experience in actively participating in international scientific conferences;
- A scientific record in the field of psychology confirmed by publications in peer-reviewed journals with an impact factor;
- Experience in implementing grants (as a project leader, principal investigator, or fellow) funded by external sources or experience in obtaining funding for research;
- Fluent knowledge of the Polish language;
- Willingness to conduct classes on weekdays and/or weekends;
- Declaration of employment at the SWPS University as the primary place of work.

Formal criteria:
Academic achievements - 50% of the final assessment
Teaching achievements - 30% of the final assessment;
Organizational and practical achievements - 20% of the final assessment.
