First.- Start the selection process for the recruitment of 1 Bachelor of science, in accordance with the criteria,requirements, and selection system that is set in the document hereto annexed.

Preparation of genomic and transcriptomic libraries for sequencing on Illumina platforms.
Microbiota sequencing
Design of customised sequencing panels for genes involved in haematological malignancies.
Analysis and interpretation of data from massive sequencing.
Creation and completion of patient databases. Coordination with other centres participating in the PETHEMA protocol to identify patients, samples and send results.
Elaboration of standard operating procedures.
Supervision of students/trainees in the learning of massive sequencing techniques.
1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
2. To be in possession a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences or a Bachelor's Degree in Biology.
3. To be in possession a Master's Degree in Cancer Biology and Clinical Biology.

1. Curricular assessment of merits and skills
Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Biology. At least a Master's degree in Cancer Biology and Clinical Biology Proven experience in cytogenetic and molecular biology techniques, karyotyping and FISH in haematological cancers. Experience in massive sequencing, genomics and transcriptomics.
Curriculum points (0 - 27 points)
a. Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position (0-3 points)
b. Proven experience in massive sequencing in haematology (0-3)
c. Proven experience in the study of human intestinal and oral microbiota (0-3).
d. Experience in cytogenetic techniques, FISH and molecular biology techniques (0-3).
e. Participation in research projects related to the specific duties (0-3).f. Experiencia en la preparación de librerías de ampliaciones y captura, de RNAseq y secuenciación en plataformas de Illumina. (0-2.5)
g. Experiencia en manejo de programas de análisis e interpretación de datos de secuenciación masiva (0-2.5).
h. Participación en Congresos Nacionales, Internacionales y jornadas científicas (0-2.5).
i. Habilidades comunicativas, docencia de cursos, supervisión de estudiantes de grado
(0-2.5).
j. Certificado de discapacidad (0-2).
2. Entrevista personal: (0-20 puntos)
The selection process is governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit, and ability, constituting theeffect one selecting body composed of representatives of the group of research and of the Technical Unit ofmanagement of IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of two phases:
1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classified on the basis of better adaptationof the Curriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliance with the requirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest marks in Phase 1 will be invited to apply,provided that their marks in Phase 1 exceed one half plus one. The Selection Board may propose that thecall for applications be declared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.

Publication of the resolution on the admission of applications with the list of persons admitted and notadmitted according to minimum requirements and granting of a period of 5 calendar days for the presentationof allegations.

Publication of the final resolution with the final ranking and the Act of awarding of the place within fifteenworking days from the deadline for submission of applications.
