Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznań
Department of General Psychology
Location: Poznań
Teaching hours: 240 hours

Tasks:
- Conducting scientific research

- Publishing research results in high-ranking journals and monographs

Requirements

- PhD or equivalent
- Doctoral degree in psychology (obtained no later than September 30, 2024) and a master's degree in psychology or related fields OR doctoral degree in related fields of psychology (obtained no later than September 30, 2024) and a master's degree in psychology
- Teaching experience and a research portfolio in either cognitive psychology or psychology of emotion and motivation
- Experience in active participation in international scientific conferences
- A record of scientific achievements in the field of psychology, documented by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor
- Experience in implementing grants (as a project leader, principal investigator, or grantee) funded by external sources or experience in securing funds for research projects
- Proficient in Polish
- Willingness to conduct classes on weekdays and weekends
- Declaration of employment at the SWPS University as the primary place of work

Formal criteria:
Academic achievements - 50% of the final assessment
Teaching achievements - 30% of the final assessment;
Organisational and practical achievements - 20% of the final assessment.
