• university degree, Ph.D.
• graduate of Vietnamese studies or the specialization Vietnamese studies
• long-term study or internship in Vietnam
• czech language - level C2
• vietnamese language - level C1

• the candidate's academic career development plan expecting the candidate to commence the habilitation procedure (procedure for the granting of associate professorship) no later than nine years after the expected beginning of employment
