Specific research functions
Scientific activities consistent with the declaration of the competitive sector 06/A2 General Pathology and Clinical Pathology; basic and applied research in the sector includes molecular medicine and the study of cellular pathology with particular reference (exemplary and not exhaustive) to the immuno-oncological study of the tumor microenvironment through the use of in vitro cellular models and in vivo animal models.
Specific teaching functions
The teacher will carry out teaching activities related to sector 06/A2 in the Bachelor's and Master's Degree courses for which the Department of Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Pharmacy of the University of Siena is responsible or co-responsible, as well as tutoring activities in the disciplines of the scientific-disciplinary
sector MED/04, also for the preparation of Bachelor's, Master's and PhD theses.
Maximum of scientific publications to submit: 20
Foreign language, the adequate knowledge of which will be assessed in the manner established by the
Commission: english.
