On 5 of march of 2024, the University of Huelva issues the following resolution for the recruitment of a University Graduate commissioned by the project "EPIT complement to the Ramón y Cajal fellowship, 2021".
Principal Researcher: Mr. [PhD] Diego Luis Orihuela Espina.

Graduate (BSc or MSc) in Agricultural or Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor in Mathematics, with interest in research and experience in activities such as bibliographic search, work in laboratory or field, knowledge of English, publications in conferences or journals, etc.
Ability to work iautonomously and initiative for problem-solving is required. Experience, knowledge, and handling of laboratory equipment are valued, as well as the availability to visit farms with own car.
Specific knowledge such as programming, fertigation, and plant nutrition, dynamic systems, will be valued.
Finally, and if there is budget availability, the contract will be extended for the completion of a doctoral thesis. Consequently, the candidate's ability to meet the requirements for enrollment in a doctoral program, as well as the interest in completing a thesis, will be valued.

Salary
Amount: 1.452,39 € gross, monthly
Duties and responsabilities:
Review of the state of the art.
Field sampling and laboratory analysis.
Handling of specific software on nutrient dynamics.
Experiment tracking.
Design and programming of machine learning techniques.
