Specific Requirements

1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
2. Be in possession a degree in Biology, Pharmacy or Health Sciences with a PhD.
3. Be in possession of the official accreditation of Experimental Animal Handling (functions c and d order ECC/566/2015).
4. Be in possession of the hours of training activities referred to in article 20 of the order ECC/566/2015 necessary for the maintenance of the accreditation of Handling of Experimental Animals (functions c and d order ECC/566/2015).

Benefits

- Type of contract:
Indefinite-term contract (art 23. Bis of Law 14/2011 LCTI).
Full time: 35 hours.
- Financial remuneration:
2,728.16 euros gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.
- Research project:
UCA_ IBFG.

Eligibility criteria

1. Curricular assessment of merits and skills (0-22 points)
A PhD in Biology, Pharmacy or Health Sciences is required, with official accreditation in Experimental Animal Handling (functions c and d order ECC/566/2015) and the necessary hours of training activities to maintain training (article 20 order ECC/566/2015), with experience in in vivo cerebral ischaemia models and neurological pathologies, animal behavioural tests, neurological tests on animals, animal handling and treatment, tissue extraction and treatment, immunohistochemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology techniques, inoculation of substances, stereotaxic surgery, electron and confocal microscopy and image processing.

(publications, projects, conferences, mobility): (0-7 points).
b) Training courses
(animal models, microscopy, statistics...) (0- 5 points).
c) Professional experience in neuroscience research (animal models, animal behavioural tests, encephalic mapping, stereotaxy...) (0- 8 points).
(d) Certificate of disability (0-2 points).
2. Personal interview: (0-20 points).

Selection process

The selection process is governed bytheprinciplesofpublicity,equality,merit,andability,constitutingtheeffectoneselecting body composedofrepresentatives ofthegroup ofresearchandofthe Technical Unit ofmanagementof IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of three phases:
1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominationsreceived,classifiedonthebasisofbetteradaptationoftheCurriculum Vitae to the profile establishedandcompliancewiththerequirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest scores in thePhase1and2willbeselectedforapersonalinterview

- Publication of the resolution on theadmissionofapplicationswiththelistofpersonsadmittedandnotadmittedaccording to minimum requirements andgrantingofaperiodof5calendardays forthepresentationofallegations.
- Publication of the resolution with the detailed provisionalrankingandgrantingofaperiodof5calendardaysforthepresentation of allegations.
- Publication of the final decision with the definitive ranking and minutes of the IBSAL selection committee.
*The publication will have theeffectofnotification,thispublicationwillreplacetheindividualnotificationtotheinterested parties and will havethesameeffects.
The announcement shall be resolved, in general, withinfifteen workingdaysfromthedateofsubmissionofapplications.
The resolution of the selective process will be published in the web page of the IBSAL
