Agriculture, Food & Ecosystem Sciences, BioSciences, Chemistry, Geography, Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, Mathematics & Statistics, Physics, and Veterinary Science.  

About the Opportunities

As part of the Faculty of Science’s commitment to being at the forefront of research, we are excited to be announcing the appointment of up to seven academic leaders with world leading expertise in any area encompassed by the Faculty.

Applicants will be appointed as Associate Professors (Level D) or Professors (Level E), depending on their level of previous experience and accomplishment. Appointees are expected to make outstanding contributions towards research, to contribute to the delivery and development of education programs, and leadership.

About you

You will demonstrate an outstanding globally recognized record of research achievement. You will have achieved competitive grant success and the proven ability to lead teams of researchers to collaborate broadly. You will have the capacity to develop and deliver contemporary education programs at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.

You will bring a collegiate approach to Faculty, be willing to develop and mentor junior academic staff and demonstrate and promote University values including diversity, equity and inclusion, high standards of ethics and integrity, and respectful behaviour.
