Lecturer with a specified function

YOUR TASKS:
- You will offer courses at the Institute of Political Science in the field of Political Theory and Public Policy for 8 semester hours.
- You will supervise theses, conduct examinations and contribute to their design.
- You will be involved in the development and implementation of research-oriented and activating teaching formats and prepare publications.
- You will supervise the Erasmus program of the Institute of Political Science

Your profile:
Applicants must meet the recruitment requirements stipulated in § 58 in conjunction with § 57 of the Hochschulgesetz of Rhineland-Palatinate
- A successfully completed scientific degree in political science or philosophy
- A doctorate in the field of political theory
- After successfully completing a university degree, full-time employment of at least two years and six months
- Motivation for excellence in university teaching
- Extensive teaching and examination experience, also in English
- Very good German and English language skills
Advantageous are:
- Good knowledge of other modern languages (especially French, Spanish or Italian)
- Research interests in the field of analytical political theory, democracy and/or justice theory
- Relevant publications in the field of analytical political theory
- Experience in the acquisition of third-party funding
