Main tasks and functions of the contract:

The main function is to investigate how pesticides modify innate immunity and detoxification in pollinating insects.

Tasks:

1. Organising and carrying out pollinating insect surveys

2. Transcriptomic analysis by RNA-sequencing

3. Gene expression analysis

4. Whole genome sequencing

5. Attendance at European project consortium meetings

Qualifications required for admissibility to the selective process (generic): Bachelor’s, Architecture, Engineering, Degree or Master’s Degree

Languages of Scientific Interest English (B2-C1) or equivalent
