Principal tasks and duties:
- Coordination and technical and financial management of the Erasmus+ programme
("EUniWell – Well-Being for our Futures (EUniWellWeFF)") and initiatives related to it.
- General coordination of the working team within the programme office at UMU,
ensuring effective collaboration and communication under the leadership of the Vice-
Chancellor for Internationalisation.
- Contact and coordination with the UMU representatives of the work packages and
working groups set up or to be set up within the programme development framework.
- Reporting and coordination with the institutional heads of the programme, particularly
the Vice-Chancellor for Internationalisation at UMU, the Coordinator of
Internationalisation at UMU and the heads of the coordinating entity in charge of the
project (University of Cologne).
- Supervision and coordination of the implementation of the work programme, including
regular assessment processes.
- Supervision of deliverables and preparation of relevant progress reports in accordance
with the timeline for action foreseen in the proposal and established by UMU, the
coordinating institution and the European authorities.
- Compilation and documentation of outcomes of actions carried out by the universities
within the EUniWell Alliance, as well as by other European universities alliances.
- Organisation of and attendance to regular meetings with the universities in the
consortium both online and onsite.
- Promotion and coordination of internal and external programme dissemination actions
in collaboration with the UMU communication team. Relationship with the entities
associated to the programme, as well as with potential stakeholders.
- Follow-up on European policies regarding higher education, and research and
identification of international complementary funding opportunities, including those
involving university-business collaboration, as well as contributing and supporting the
preparation of new proposals within the framework programme.
- Coordination of assistance by the local EUniWell team to the different University
departments in the implementation of EUniWell projects and activities in the campus,
contributing to the achievement of the projects' objectives and fostering a positive
international experience for students and staff.
- Coordination of the preparation of activities, events and workshops related to
EUniWell, using thorough organisation and planning skills, as well as thorough
presentation skills before UMU departments and leadership bodies.
- Coordination of the drafting of proposals in the framework of UMU's participation in
EUniWell, closely collaborating with the local team and the University partners to
develop convincing proposals adapting to EUniWell objectives and to the University's
strategic priorities.
