Principal tasks and duties:
- To coordinate the submission of the EUniWell IT work plan.
• To manage the implementation of the IT work plan in the member institutions,
applying their experience in leadership and IT project management, with special
focus on the education context.
• To facilitate effective communication and build robust relationships with different
stakeholders, using advanced communication skills and a deep understanding of
the Higher Education context.
- To build up institutional support for the EUniWell digital ambitions.
• To work closely with the persons in charge of EUniWell and IT in the member
institutions, through teamwork skills and the ability to manage complex and timesensitive
situations.
• To use their experience in IT transformation projects and change management to
promote the implementation of new technologies and services.
- To implement the EUniWell Digital University environment.
• To collaborate with the IT departments, using knowledge specialised in cloud
solutions, data management and education technologies.
• To apply proven skills in a digital work environment designed to lead innovative
projects.
- To manage Alliance’s issues related to digital services.
• To coordinate the development, implementation, and support of digital services,
ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed deadline and budget, mainly
using a proven track record of aim achievement and an exceptional time
management.
- To facilitate communication and cooperation in the digital environment
• To use intercultural and communication skills to promote an effective collaboration
between the relevant and technical stakeholders within the Alliance.
- To coordinate digital change management in EUniWell.
• To manage the implementation of new technologies and courses and data migration,
using the experience in change management and IT transformation.
- To support emerging trends in Higher Education digitalisation.
• To keep up to date with the latest trends in digitalisation and provide the leaders in
EUniWell with strategic advice.
- To identify funding sources for digital initiatives.
• To use their experience in concept development and proposal drafting to find
national and international funding, including university-industry collaboration.
- To contribute to the drafting of proposals for EUniWell.
• To use their experience in European Projects and in the drafting of proposals to align
efforts with the Alliance digital aims.
- To defend digitalisation in Higher Education.
• To defend digitalisation in the whole EUniWell Alliance and its member institutions,
using communication and relationship skills to promote the implementation of
digital technologies.
