Resolution of the Vice-Rector for Research of the Universitat Jaume I, announcing a public call to create a pool of candidates to fill vacancies for research support specialists staff (PT) to work in this organisation. Projects from the University Jaume I Research group: WANT- Psychosocial Prevention and Healthy Organisations

Project: Healthy Working Environments For All Ages: An Evidence-Driven Framework (WAGE)

Reference: HORIZON-HLTH-2023-ENVHLTH-02 - Evidence-based interventions for promotion of mental and physical health in changing working environments (post-pandemic workplaces)

 

Submission of applications

The call will be published in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Autonomous Government (DOGV) and on the Official Noticeboard of the Universitat Jaume I (TAO-UJI), in the category “Convocatorias PI” [Calls for researchers]. The deadline for submission of applications is 10 working days as of the day following the publication of this call in the DOGV.

In order to do so, candidates must have a UJI corporate account, a digital certificate containing an electronic signature. Anyone who does not have a UJI corporate account must register for a new one on the University website at: https://www.uji.es (Tools > Intranet IGLU) or contact registre@uji.es.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in psychology.

Responsibilities:
Participation in the collection and analysis of European practices and policies for the improvement of psychosocial health at work by age group.
Participating in the psychosocial evaluation and diagnostic phase with European organizati ons, segmented by age groups.
Collaborating on the collection of qualitative and quantitative data, report generation, and the development of evaluation protocols for psychosocial factors identified based on age.
Assisting in the compilation of evidence-based data that defines effective interventions related to identified psychosocial factors, segmented by age groups.
Collaborating on the design of comprehensive indices for the physical and psychosocial health of workers.
Handling, analyzing, and interpreting data using basic statistical programs in Health Sciences such as SPSS (Descriptive Analysis, Pearson Correlations, Mean Analysis, Analysis of Variances, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Regression Analysis).

Summarizing, reporting, and producing scientific documents based on project results.

 

Specific Requirements
  • Native Spanish or C2
  • Enrolled in or holding a master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology and Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledge related to positive psychology and HR (e.g. having taken courses in the degree, Bachelor or Master Thesis, or submitting papers to conferences related to positive psychology and/or human resources).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in positive psychological interventions.
