Offer Description
On 20 of february of 2024, the University of Huelva issues the following resolution for the recruitment of a University graduate commissioned within the framework of a 60-article contract, entitled: Organization of the Historical Archive of the Official College of Nursing of Huelva.
Principal Researcher: Mr. [PhD] Feria Lorenzo.

Training to organize, classify all the existing documentation in the archive and subsequently digitize it to be able to upload all this material to the website of said institution. The objective is that researchers can consult it without needing to manipulate it so that it can be kept in good condition.

Salary
Amount: 611,03 € gross, monthly
Duties and responsabilities:
Organization, classification of all documentation and later digitization of the Historical Archive of the Professional College of Nursing of Huelva to later upload it to the website of said institution.
Preferred merits: Master's degree in archival science or similar
Merits based tender process (maximum 10 points):
- Master's degree in archival science or similar - 2 point
- Courses related to the classification of archival documentation - 0.5 per activity up to a maximum of 4 points.
- Other courses - 0.2 for each activity up to a maximum of 2 points
- Professional experience in classification of documentation - 0.1 for each month of activity up to a maximum of 2 points
In compliance with Section 8 of the Resolution of the University of Huelva of December 12, 2023, which establishes the legal basis and schedule for the publication of public tenders for personnel contracts for the realisation and execution of projects, grants, agreements and contracts with third parties of fixed duration for the year 2023 (BOJA No. 239 of December 15, 2023), the application must be accompanied by the following documents in order for the applications to be included in the lists of admitted and excluded applicants:
A. Photocopy or digitised copy of passport, National Identity Number (DNI), Foreigner Identity Number (NIE), or equivalent document for citizens of the European Union.
B. Photocopy or digitised copy of degree certificate.
C. Photocopy or digitised copy of certified academic transcript listing courses and grades received in the degree.
D. Resume.
E. Photocopy or digitised copy of documentation verifying merits included in resume.
F. If the application is submitted to a registry other than that of the University of Huelva, a scanned copy must be sent to the following email address unidad.pti@sc.uhu.es, along with receipt of submission, in order for the applications to be included in the lists of admitted and excluded applicants.
