SWPS University is a non-public university conducting research and offering practical and academic studies in Warsaw, Wrocław, Sopot, Poznań, Katowice and Kraków. The University's teaching offer includes courses in social sciences, humanities, but also design and graphics.

Requirements

- PhD or equivalent
- Possession of a doctoral degree in the sciences or humanities in the discipline of psychology (no later than 30 September 2024) and a master's degree in psychology or related fields;
- At least 3 years of teaching experience;
- Fluency in English to be able to teach in this language;
- Fluency in Polish;
- Willingness to work weekends;
- Experience in cooperation with business and the social environment;
Nice to have:
- Participation in the implementation of externally funded projects, for example from national and international grants;
- Experience of teaching in English and delivering classes abroad;
- Experience in conducting training, workshops and trainings;
- Possession of teaching competences evidenced by certificates or certificates of completion of courses or other forms of qualification training;
- Experience in raising and accounting for funds for the organisation's activities and projects;
- Ability to plan and organise teaching activities and implement new teaching programmes;
- Experience in working in interdisciplinary team.
- Conducting classes in Polish in the fields of work, organisation and management psychology, and professional competence development;
- Developing international cooperation: working with students from partner universities, organising a summer school;
- Conducting graduation seminars;
- Organisational activity in the didactic area (participation in committees, supervision of students, supervision of the study circle, etc.);
- Conducting research;
- Preparation of scripts for teaching and publications popularising scientific knowledge.

Scientific achievements - 25% of the final assessment
Teaching achievements - 60% of the final assessment
Organisational and practical achievements - 15% of the final assessment
