The Department Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells is looking for

Coordinator (f/m/d) of Technical Infrastructure within HySPRINT Innovation Lab

Your Tasks

  • You plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to renew and expand the state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure.
  • You communicate internally and externally with users, planning offices, the technical/construction department as well as trades and drive infrastructure projects forward.
  • You will supervise the scientific and technical development work and experiments in cooperation with institute partners as well as industry partners, enabling the acquisition of new industry collaborations.
  • You will publish the scientific and technical results and prepare proposals for new third-party funded projects.
  • As part of the practical scientific work, you are responsible for the development of wet-chemical and vacuum-based manufacturing processes and optoelectronic characterization methods for solar cells.

Your Profile

  • Completed diploma or master's degree or PhD in the fields of materials science, chemistry, physics or engineering or a comparable scientific field
  • Sound expertise in semiconductor technology and the physics of solar cells
  • Very good technical expertise in the field of laboratory infrastructure of chemical or physical laboratories as well as experience in laboratory and chemical safety
  • Excellent analytical skills, outstanding communication and organizational skills as well as team spirit in international research teams
  • Basic knowledge of project management
