Offer Description

Summary of the project

While new therapeutic advances have greatly improved the prognosis of patients with high-risk or even metastatic melanoma, various resistance mechanisms have been identified, prompting researchers to find combinations to counter them. This project aims to develop a specific nanomedicine to be further combined with the first line adjuvant therapies for melanoma. The study aims to reach proof of targeting of the formulation with pharmacokinetic and toxicological profiles’ determination and provide preclinical efficacy data in vivo.
