Offer Description
-Synthesis and characterization of photosensitizers based on coumarins and transition metal complexes.
-Cellular uptake studies using confocal microscopy.
-Phototoxicity studies in 2D and 3D cell models.

PhD in Organic Chemistry.
Post-doctoral experience of at least 2 years.
Experience in the synthesis and characterization of organic molecules and metal complexes.
Experience in the synthesis and characterization of photoactivatable compounds and photosensitizers based on coumarins and metal complexes.
Experience in bioconjugation and on the photophysical and photochemical characterization of organic fluorophores.
Experience in cellular uptake studies using confocal microscopy and ICP-MS.
Experience in cell viability and phototoxicity studies under normoxic and hypoxic conditions.
