Senior Scientist (f/m/d) for Historical Musicology (PostDoc), mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Department of Musicology and Performance Studies

• A university degree appropriate to the subject area and a doctorate in musicology
• Outstanding academic qualifications, as evidenced by publications, presentations, etc.
• University teaching experience in the field of historical musicology

• Experience in academic teaching and research at the interface of music practice and mediation
• A keen interest in music history teaching at the university level and its further development
• Familiarity with current research discourses within musicology
• Experience in the supervision of academic theses
• Compatibility with the department’s main research areas
• Teamwork skills
