Offer Description
This project aims to develop a new bioconjugation technology for the production of diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. This technology uses organic molecules capable of interacting with each other rapidly and selectively, under mild conditions, compatible with the modification of biomolecules. The project is part of a 16-month prematuraturation project supported by CNRS Innovation. The aim is to mature the technology and obtain in vivo proofs of concept of its potential.
-- Organic synthesis and structural characterization of the molecular platforms for bioconjugation
- Grafting of these platforms onto targeting proteins (antibodies) by random and site-spectific (enzymatic) approaches
- Radiolabeling of bioconjugates with various radiometals: 111In, 177Lu, 68Ga
- Planning and supervision of in vivo biological studies
- Drafting of results (patent and scientific publications)
-The Institut de Chimie Moléculaire de l'Université de Bourgogne (UMR 6302) is a joint CNRS/Université de Bourgogne unit headed by Pr Jean-Cyrille Hierso (PR UB).
The person recruited will join the RITM team (Radiopharmaceuticals, Imaging, Theranostics and Multimodality) headed by Dr Victor Goncalves (MCF, Université de Bourgogne) and will work under the supervision of Dr Victor Goncalves (project leader).
The position is located in a sector covered by the Protection of Scientific and Technical Potential (PPST), and therefore requires, in accordance with regulations, that your arrival be authorized by the competent MESR authority.
