Offer Description
Computational Fluid Dynamics: mesh generation, simulation set-up, monitoring and post-processing. Modelling of hydrogen/air combustion in micromixer geometry. Implementation and development of flamelet generated manifold models for turbulent diffusion flames. Analysis of results. Writing of project reports and scientific papers.

PhD in computational fluid dynamics, involving development of simulation codes and numerical/computational techniques and/or combustion.
Good programming skills and knowledge of CFD are required. Expert user of OpenFOAM or Star-CCM, preferrably for combustion

Additional Information
Will join a growing team of international Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers and faculty developing a top-priority line of research.
