ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION
for the position of ASSISTANT (asystent)
in the group of teaching at the Institute of Textile, Printing and Interior Styling at the Faculty of Design Arts.
The competition may be entered by candidates who fulfil conditions specified in Article 113 of the Parliament Act of July 20, 2018 – Higher Education and Science Law (Journal of Laws 2018, Section 1668 as amended) and § 135 section 1 of the Statute of the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts Łódź and who fulfil the following requirements:
1. Possession of a master's degree in design arts;
2. Documented achievements in the field of fine arts and design, with particular emphasis on fabric printing design (additionally scored experience of working in the textile industry and implementing projects into production);
3. Knowledge of graphic programs supporting design (Photoshop and the Inedit neoTextil & neoStampa package);
4. Technological knowledge related to printing and dyeing fabrics;
5. Pedagogical predispositions;
6. Minimum one year of teaching experience at an art school;
7. Ability to work in a team, experience in organizing and planning team work;
8. Knowledge of the Polish language;
9. Knowledge of English at an advanced level
10. Communication skills, good work organization and high personal culture
Required documents:
1. Application for participation in the competition with the motivation to run for a position;
2. Completed personal questionnaire along with a declaration of consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with the template in Annex No. 3;
3. Curriculum vitae (CV) including teaching work (if applicable), artistic/scientific activity preferred;
4. Declaration that the candidate consents to the processing of personal data contained in the CV for the purposes necessary to carry out the recruitment process - Annex 4;
5. Copy of documents confirming education and qualifications, in particular: higher education diploma,
6. Copies of documents confirming professional experience;
7. Documentation of teaching, artistic/scientific achievements and achievements - welcome;
8. Declaration that the candidate meets the requirements arising from Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668, as amended) - Annex No. 1
9. Declaration of intention to employ at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź as the primary place of work - Annex No. 2.
Documents should be submitted in electronic form (only pdf files - maximum file size 20 MB) to the address konkursy.w.proj@edu.asp.lodz.plby 18.02.2024. In the title of the e-mail, entering: name and surname - competition for the position of assistant at ITDiSW.
The meeting of the Competition Commission with selected candidates will be held remotely or stationary on February 20, 2024. The selected candidates will be informed about the time and form of the meeting by a separate e-mail the day before.
The results of the Competition will be announced on the University's website (www.bip.asp.lodz.pl) on February 21, 2024.
